This is the New Skyway Diner, located in South Kearny. Christopher Moltisant (Michael Imperioli) was shot here in the episode, "Full Metal Jacket", by Sean and Matt (Lillo Brancato). Christopher, gravely wounded, lying in the hospital, had visions of light, but it wasn't exactly the same vision everybody else who has an encounter with the other side has.

These are the stairs where Christopher was. His visions drove Paulie Walnuts (Tony Sirico) to visit a spiritualist in New York State.
